Information design
specialists
Are your employees spending more time looking for information than using
it? Have you implemented an intranet and your employees still complain
about not being able to find information? If so, then we can help.
We work with you to make it easy for your staff to
gain access to information stored electronically across the organisation. This
information may be located in document, records or content management
systems, in work folders on file servers, or other databases. Typically
access to this information is poorly designed and organised, and doesn't
assist workers to quickly find the information they need to complete tasks. Using
many information design and classification techniques we design access paths to information that match user
expectations and add value to their decision-making activities.
